Hours: Mon – Fri 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

What You Will Do
Deliver best-in-class service to customers
Perform high quality repairs to Milwaukee tools
Follow standardized repair process
Prioritize in-branch repairs
Conduct warranty assessments and instant tool replacements
Meet productivity targets
Continuously develop and maintain strong product knowledge
Overtime can be expected during busy periods
What You Will Bring
High school diploma or equivalent experience
Must possess a solid mechanical aptitude
Strong computer skills
Highly organized with attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Team-oriented and capable of working independently
Results focused and goal driven
