Position Description

Reporting into the Continuous Improvement Manager - Milwaukee, the Business Operations specialist is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations while implementing streamlined process improvements.

What You Will Do

  • Support improvement and development of asset management tool (Red Hub).

  • Manage Demo Tool returns, shipments, sales, and ordering for the entire Milwaukee team.

  • Manage offboarding/onboarding of demo tool accounts and addresses for reps.

  • Auditing demo accounts to verify the accuracy of the account, and correspondingly write-off tools to their cost centres.

  • Enforcing demo tool policy by ensuring accountability for management and their teams to the policy regulations.

  • Update and manage the Demo Tool Order Form for the Focus Verticals.

  • Manage sales and return policies and procedures, per leadership direction.

  • Manage Territory updates and changes.

  • Create and maintain Red Hub Learning Library videos and instruction.

  • Manage Red Hub support inbox communicate bugs to Operations Project manager.

  • Special projects (liquidations, heated gear sales, etc.)

What You Have Done

  • Post-secondary degree.

  • Experience creating and improving processes to maximize efficiency or reliability, while adapting to fast-paced changing priorities

  • Asset management experience.

  • Well versed understanding in the tools/assets utilized for the focus vertical teams.

  • Ability to communicate facts and opinions clearly and succinctly, articulate reasons, and be comfortable to say no.

  • Determination to see things through to successful completion.

  • Exposure and working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX an asset.

  • Ability to manipulate data quickly through Excel.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication required.

  • Strong Presentation skills.

  • Power Platform experience considered an asset.
