Aviation Assistant & Scheduler | TTI

Techtronic Industries North America, Inc. (TTI) has an opening in Fort Lauderdale, Florida for an Aviation Assistant & Scheduler ! This position will report into our Group VP of Flight Operations. Primary Responsibilities

  • Maintain an inventory of consumable aircraft supplies and ensure that each aircraft is properly stocked and organized.

  • Monitor company flights.

  • Liaison with all Executive Assistants on Corporate Travel.

  • Identify and address any scheduling conflicts or unusual operations involving aircraft or crew.

  • Assist with scheduling of pilots and crew changes.

  • Monitor, analyze and resolve complex problems with pilot schedules.

  • Plan catering and ground transportation as needed for flights.

  • Review and record post-flight paperwork.

  • Work with the Aviation Team to resolve any conflicts with requests.

  • Monitor all department-controlled aircraft while in flight including being on call during off hours (night or weekend) for flight tracking and reporting as needed and necessary.

  • Maintain department records and compile monthly reports for finance and operations departments.

  • Participate in required job and company training.

  • Perform other duties as required by management.

Skills

  • Knowledge working with CAMP Flight Scheduling or equivalent software.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel & PowerPoint.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively while maintaining attention to detail.

  • Highly organized and ability to prioritize tasks.

  • Must display a professional demeanor when collaborating with all departments.

  • Ability to work under pressure and time constraints.

  • Must be able to communication effectively with Senior Leadership.

  • Solutions-driven mindset with ability to exercise sound judgment.
