Your Role on Our Team

The Sr Treasury Analyst is a key position for day-to-day and strategic operations within Milwaukee Tool’s Treasury Department. Reporting directly to the Treasury Manager, the Sr. Treasury Analyst is a key resource to participate in all Treasury activities, with emphasis on Cash Management and Milwaukee’s Corporate Card and Travel program.

You’ll be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities:

  • Support the coordination of daily process of recording cash both incoming and outgoing; accumulating the data for cash flow forecast submissions

  • Support Treasury Team in day-to-day operations

  • Provide excellent customer service to other departments, related to general treasury inquiries

  • Develop and maintain appropriate Treasury Department process compliance and controls

  • Develops contacts with Treasury-related departments and internal/external financial contacts

  • Collection and consolidation of daily and weekly cashflow forecasts from our business units driving further automation, identification of trends and variance analysis

  • Assist with company activities relating to banking including transactions, bank documentation, account coordination and bank fees

  • Coordinate with key stakeholders for insurance renewal data and insurance audit

  • Support daily cash processing and application for NA Region

  • Support Treasury Manager on key projects

  • Independently manage key projects

The TOOLS you’ll bring with you:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or Business

  • Minimum of five years of working experience in a corporate International Treasury environment

  • Minimum of two years’ experience with being a leader

  • Experience with a large scale ERP required

  • Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint required

  • Intermediate understanding of cash forecasting, hedging, and banking

  • Experience with bank portals, payment processor and enterprise websites and applications

  • Strong analytic, problem-solving and report building skills

  • Excellent oral and written communication

  • Self-starter with a strong sense of urgency

  • Ability to prioritize with minimal supervision

  • Demonstrate professional success applying a high level of analytical/critical thinking and examples of advanced problem-solving skills

  • Process improvement mindset

  • Obsessed attention to detail
