Sr. Manager - Performance Management

Location: Olive Branch, MS

Your Role on Our Team:

The Performance Manager will measure and monitor key performance indicators across the distribution center network and provide insights to improve or sustain outcomes. The Performance Manager will partner with the executive leadership team and peers to drive accountability across the following key performance areas, Labor Retention & Efficiencies, Safety, Capacity, Quality, Inventory, Service Levels & Cost.

You’ll be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities:    

  • Collaborate cross functionally to establish a robust Performance Management System

  • Develop and manage a process for the collection, review, of performance across all sites & shifts.

  • Measure, monitor, analyze and report of fulfillment performance against KPIs.

  • Manages a performance program across our service providers.

  • Works with upstream operational teams to provide on-going satisfaction reviews.

  • In collaboration withcross functional teams,will develop logic models for new measurements as necessary to attain desired state of standards, and will support the design, development, and deployment of tailored matrices.

  • S/he will provide regular updates to operations leadership team.

  • Manage program/ project work-streams for the Performance Management plan.

  • Facilitate top-down bottom-up strategy alignment work-sessions, to derive annual & quarterly KPIs and Matrices.

Leadership Responsibilities:

  • Will lead a data analyst professional.

  • Will lead cross functional work teams.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to coach staff.

  • Excellent collaborative & facilitation skills

  • Program & Project Management Skills

  • Thorough understanding of process standards, quality control standards and methodologies.

  • Thorough understanding of logistics and distribution standards and best practices.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong leadership skills.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related industrial, scientific, or business field required; master's degree preferred.

  • Eight to 10 years of related experience required with at least five years in a distribution center environment.
